💔 END OF AN ERA 💔
After more than 20 wonderful years, Milleara Delicatessen will be closing its doors on Friday, 26 June 2026.
As we begin our final weeks, we want to reassure our customers that we will continue trading as normal right until the very end. While grocery lines and specialty products will be progressively reduced and marked down to clear, we will continue ordering fresh smallgoods, hams, cheeses, eggs and everyday essentials right up until our final day of trade for your convenience.
For over 20 years, this little deli has been part of the lives of so many families in our community. It has seen children grow up, shared in celebrations, listened to stories, shared family recipes with customers and had the privilege of serving generations of customers who became much more than customers; they became friends.
Three years ago, when we purchased the business, we did so with the hope of continuing a much-loved local tradition for many years to come. Because we valued this business and our wonderful customers so highly, we gradually invested in improving the store, adding new shelving, refrigeration, renovations and a liquor licence to create the best possible experience for the community we were proud to serve.
As we approach the end of this chapter, our focus is simply on gratitude.
Thank you for every visit, every smile and every conversation. Thank you for supporting a small family business and allowing us to become part of your lives.
The coming weeks will see grocery stock progressively reduced across the store, with many products marked down for clearance.
We would love to see as many of you as possible before we close.

While the lights of Milleara Delicatessen may soon dim within Milleara Shopping Centre, we remain hopeful that this is not goodbye forever.
We are actively exploring opportunities nearby and hope to continue serving this wonderful community again in the future.
