Zoe Birch chats with Selector Magazine about Greasy Zoe's, her award-winning micro-restaurant that's put the Melbourne fringe suburb of Hurstbridge on the map for all fine-dining aficionados.

"Even now it's actually quite an amazing feeling," she says of its success. "Obviously we work really hard so I feel like we do deserve to be in the position we're in, but I could never have guessed we would be where we're at."
