A little something new from the dessert menu.
Creamy vanilla sago pudding, topped with poached quince, house-made green apple sorbet, toasted almonds and salted caramel.
Sweet, tart, creamy and just enough crunch to keep things interesting. A comforting winter dessert with a little freshness from the apple sorbet.

2023 Syrah Nouveau by Marty Singh from Precipice, made from a single vineyard in Gruyere, Yarra Valley.
Lifted and vibrant with red cherry, wild strawberry and subtle savoury spice. Bright acidity and a juicy palate make this an incredibly easy drink.

Our chicken pie special was so popular yesterday we’ve decided to keep it around a little longer.
Chicken gently cooked in a creamy tarragon sauce with carrots, turnips and mushrooms, served tableside into its own golden puff pastry lid that shatters the moment you break into it.
A little comfort food for the weekend, inspired by some special memories.
