Not an easy one.
Ruben is moving on from Vegie Bar — and if you’ve been in lately, you’ve definitely seen him in the mix.
Always around, always up for it, and somehow always exactly where he needed to be.
We’re going to miss you (and so will a lot of regulars). Thanks for everything you’ve bought to the place — it won’t be quite the same without you.

Chicken Bao - Crispy fried vegan chicken, coriander, chipotle mayo, pickles and chilli crumbs — all tucked into a soft steamed bao.
It’s messy, nostalgic, and seriously satisfying.
