Slow-cooked lentils in a spiced coconut-tomato curry, steamed basmati rice, roti bread, fried shallots and fresh coriander.

Three new dishes have landed at Vegie Bar for a limited time only.
🍕 **Babaganoush Pizza**
Creamy eggplant, crumbled falafel, tahini, red onion and fresh mint.
🍝 **Rasta Pasta**
Fusilli tossed in a rich, creamy silken tofu and roasted capsicum sauce, finished with sautéed capsicum and fresh parsley.
🥣 **Chickpea & Tofu Soup**
A hearty bowl of chickpeas and tofu simmered with tomato, carrot, rosemary and vegetable stock.
They’re here now. How long for? That’s another story.
