We’re a busy, plant-based Mexican spot in the heart of Fitzroy. We work fast, stay organised, and take pride in consistency.
🔪 REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ)
• Minimum 2–3 years kitchen experience (essential)
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong prep skills
• Clean, organised and efficient
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Positive attitude under pressure
If you don’t have kitchen experience, this role isn’t suitable.

To reach Gertrude Street in Melbourne via public transport, you can take the train to Parliament Station and catch a tram along Route 86 towards Bundoora RMIT. Get off at stop number 14 and walk south along Brunswick Street until you reach Gertrude Street.
If driving, there is usually on-street parking available around the area but it can be limited. Alternatively, there is a car park located at 10 Cambridge Street which is just off Gertrude Street.
Once you are on Gertrude Street, look for the vegetarian/vegan restaurant and the vegetarian & vegan restaurant which serve Tex-Mex cuisine.
