Lions mane mushroom is a popular substitute for steak among vegans. Once compressed and cooked it layers beautifully, giving it that meaty, textural pull.
Ours gets marinated with a spice blend heavy with cumin, Worcestershire and miso before being grilled over flame for that delightful caramelisation. Served with a classic peppercorn sauce and hand cut fries, it’s immensely savoury and satisfying.

We’ve always been huge fans of Edgar’s Mission and this year we wanted to do something super special with them.
Announcing: An evening with Pam Ahern OAM, Thursday 24th September
Join us as we celebrate compassion and the remarkable stories that have inspired one of Australia’s most beloved animal advocates! We’ll be doing a 4-course set menu curated by shannonmartinez alongside some relaxed conversation with Pam, before finishing with a Q&A to let you ask Pam anything you‘ve wanted to know.
Most importantly, every dollar of profit from ticket sales will be donated to
Edgar’s Mission, helping to support the incredible work they do in providing
sanctuary, care and advocacy for rescued farmed animals.

Fridays call for a cheeky bevvy to see the weekend in, and we give as much attention to our drinks as we do with our food.
This here is our Piña Colada Highball, bright and fresh while still keeping some wintery warmth to it. We utilise a natural ferment, similar to tepaché, allowing the natural yeasts on pineapple skin to ferment into a pineapple wine. To this we add coconut rum for the signature combo, Goslings rum for depth and a little Chinotto Nero from MUYU LIQUEURS✨ before lengthening and carbonating for a proper fizz.
Treat yourself this weekend x
