357 Collins would like to recognise and support men’s mental health month throughout June.
Men’s mental health issues often go unrecognised, even by those experiencing them. While awareness around men’s mental health continues to grow many men are still unsure how to identify when they are struggling or when something isn’t right. Through awareness, education, and accessible resources we can combat the sigma surrounding men’s mental health.
If you or someone you know is struggling with any mental health issues you can contact organisations such as MensLine Australia (1300 78 99 78) Beyond Blue (1300 224 636) and Lifeline (13 11 14) who provide free 24/7 help, support and counselling services.
Everyday is an opportunity to improve your mental health. Make the most of it.

357 Collins would like to thank all tenants for attending our Biggest Morning Tea event held last week. With all the generous donations made we were able to raise a significant amount of money that will make a big difference for those impacted by cancer.
357 Collins would also like to thank Gamma College and Alfa College for hosting this event and proving delicious morning tea treats for everyone to enjoy.
Australia's Biggest Morning Tea is a community fundraising event hosted by the Cancer Council to raise funds for cancer research, prevention and support services. It's a chance for Australians to come together, enjoy a cuppa and treats, and make a difference to those impacted by cancer.
