We’re looking for someone (or two) who can take control of the shift and run the show at Inflatable World Maribyrnong.
🗓 Saturdays & Sundays
This role is for someone who can:
✔ Lead a team and make sure everyone is doing their job
✔ Run birthday parties smoothly from start to finish
✔ Deliver great customer service to parents
✔ Oversee food, coffees and party timing
✔ Step in and solve problems quickly
You’ll be the person making sure:
👉 Staff are where they should be
👉 Parties run on time
👉 Parents feel looked after
👉 The whole venue runs smoothly
This is not a passive role – we need someone confident, organised and proactive.
👉 Ideal for someone with:
• Leadership or supervisor experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• A “business comes first” mindset
