A little reminder: respect goes both ways. Behind every dish, and every experience at Noi, there’s a team working incredibly hard to make your time with us special.
We put so much into what we do from preparing everything with care, keeping our venues clean and safe, and creating a place where you can enjoy family time, catch up with friends, celebrate something special or simply enjoy a great meal.
Hospitality is not easy, especially right now. There is a lot that happens behind the scenes that our customers don’t see. The long hours, the costs, the pressure and the endless work that goes into keeping a business running and our team supported.
So when people damage our venue, steal from us or deliberately destroy what we’ve worked so hard to build, it hurts.
Last night’s incident will cost us $500+ to repair. An unexpected cost that a small hospitality business simply shouldn’t have to carry.
This isn’t the first time, and sadly, it probably won’t be the last.
We don’t want to complain. We just want to show you the reality behind the scenes and ask for one simple thing:
Respect the place. Respect the team. Respect the people who work so hard to give you a good experience.
To everyone who supports Noi, spends their hard earned money with us and treats our team with kindness, thank you. 💙
