At Aripizza, we keep things the traditional way.
Arrosticini cooked slowly over charcoal, in the courtyard, the way they’ve always been done.

Fabio chooses the cut, lights the fire, and cooks them himself on a traditional Italian fire stand brought from Italy.
The tram passes, friends gather, the afternoon carries on, and the food finds its way to the table when it’s ready.
