Some goodbyes are harder than others. This one is always bittersweet. With the change of season comes a goodbye to a seasonal favourite.

Tuesday 29.09 is the final raclette of the season: melted, scraped and draped over everything that deserves it.

After that, you'll have to wait until next winter. We don't make the rules. (We do, but we're sticking to them.)
