☕ Gavin owns Biddy Martha's Cafe in Bunyip and was able to access a $5,000 heritage grant to replace the roof of his café.

His building is part of the Bunyip commercial heritage precinct, constructed in the mid to late 1920s. It’s one of the oldest buildings in town, originally operating as a butcher shop long before becoming the much-loved café it is today.

🏡 Projects like Gavin’s help protect the heritage character, stories and identity that make our communities unique. Council’s Heritage Grants support works that conserve and celebrate these places for future generations.

If you own a heritage property, that could use some love, this grant could be worth a closer look!
