South Melbourne Market, Stall 45B — we're here this Saturday with a full spread, and the macadamias are quietly stealing the show.

Slow-roasted, hand-coated in caramel, finished with just enough salt to make you reach for another handful. Macadamias are the one people try last and then immediately wish they'd bought two bags.

We've got small, medium, and large today — because some people like to try before they commit, and some people already know.

Sweet and spicy together — it sounds like it shouldn't work, but it's one of the best things you can do with a nut.

The caramel softens the heat. The chilli cuts through the sweetness. Try a Salted Caramel and a Chilli Coriander in the same mouthful and you'll understand.
