This time we’ve gone bigger to feed more hungry people, so grab your mates for help.

The meats
🍖 Brisket- we can’t do a platter without our best selling item. In the smoker for 12 hours so it’s melt in your mouth.
🥪 Pastrami sandwich- house brined and smoked brisket pastrami with sauerkraut, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese on rye bread
🐷 Pork belly burnt ends with banana foster glaze - twice cooked pork belly with spiced banana caramel rum sauce. It shouldn’t work, but it does!
🐑 Lamb Ribs - juicy tender smoked lamb ribs with Hoisin bbq sauce

After a successful BBQ LAB jalapeño and lime smoked watermelon we decided it needed to be on MEAT!
🐖 Enter pork belly with its distinct layers of meat and meltingly tender fat. What a match.
Twice smoked and glazed to perfection.

Melbournes monstrous 9 item BBQ platter
Big Earle’s BBQ home of one of my favourite bbq sauces to grace my mouth. They’ve put together a new platter for the Melbourne bbq lovers to tuck into and there are some bangers in there.
If that brisket had some bark it would be a serious contender to the other pit masters in Australia.

🍖 We had an absolute rollicking good time this weekend. We fed a lot of people and saw one of our busiest weekends.
🔥The vibes were hot, the 🎸 live music was cool, the punters were hungry and the all new monthly platter by BBQ LAB hit the menu with some freaking awesome feedback.
Thanks to everyone who came down and who waited patiently for their delicious meal. Timings blew out a tiny bit last night but the kitchen were THROWING IT DOWN. 😊
