Melbournes monstrous 9 item BBQ platter
Big Earle’s BBQ home of one of my favourite bbq sauces to grace my mouth. They’ve put together a new platter for the Melbourne bbq lovers to tuck into and there are some bangers in there.
If that brisket had some bark it would be a serious contender to the other pit masters in Australia.

🍖 We had an absolute rollicking good time this weekend. We fed a lot of people and saw one of our busiest weekends.
🔥The vibes were hot, the 🎸 live music was cool, the punters were hungry and the all new monthly platter by BBQ LAB hit the menu with some freaking awesome feedback.
Thanks to everyone who came down and who waited patiently for their delicious meal. Timings blew out a tiny bit last night but the kitchen were THROWING IT DOWN. 😊

Looking for a friendly, savvy senior crew member for Earles for approx 4 shifts a week, including weekends.
Yes it’s loud and somewhat unprofessional!
It’s greasy and busy, it’s chaotic and set in an outside venue
Buuuut the benefits are:

You will have:
Excellent English skills
A friendly, helpful demeanour able to converse and sell the menu to customers
5+ years of hospitality experience (FOH or BOH)
The ability to bounce around different stations as required
Don’t mind getting dirty or doing dishes and cleaning
A willingness to learn
Over 18 years old and an RSA certificate (or commit to completing it online)

Availability:
•weekdays and weekends,
•day shift and evenings (but no early starts or super late finishes)
*We pay Fast Food Award rate or above, with a month’s probation period.
