Sunday Update!

1. First stop KFL for Kimchi supplies. This winter Dom has been leaning into all things kimchi! He has been making it for his lunches and loving all the great benefits of eating it! You may not know that we make the sauerkraut too that goes on our Panini!
2. Next Stop check on the new shop!
3. Brunswick update (really needs a sweep šŸ˜…) the plumbing is almost there! Yay!
4. Next stop Preston! Had to pick up stuff I’d left there 🄓
5. Drive by! It’s been Busy Sunday! So grateful to have the day off with Dom while Belinda and our amazing team look after all the peeps ā™„ļø
6. Admin (my favourite.. not šŸ˜…) at least I have found this not so naughty treat! Organic cacao, some maple šŸ syrup and some milk! Full of magnesium and antioxidants! Better than a hot chocolate! Special thanks to the beautiful Di Renew Health Co. for the recipe!
7. Adding the final ingredient to the kimchi! Should we make a Panini using it as an ingredient? Poll below!
8. Making a chicken soup for dinner! Dom’s been suffering with a bit of a cold so I’m making this as it really is a magic bullet cure! He is also taking armorforce and Manuka honey.. are there any magical cures you can recommend? We really don’t have the time to be sick! šŸ˜…šŸ¤£

That’s a wrap! Can’t believe the weekend is over!
