Thank you to Rotary Preston for helping kit out our Moon Rabbit Cafe team 💛
With their help, our staff and Bridge to Work students now have aprons they can wear with confidence as they learn new skills and put them into practice.
Here’s Ben, one of our Bridge to Work trainees, sporting his apron while working in the café. We’re so grateful for community partnerships that help make learning opportunities like this possible.

Did you know that before coffee was discovered to be a delicious beverage, it was actually a food. East African tribes would grind the berries and mix them with animal fat to eat.

Legend has it that coffee was discovered by a goat herder! The story goes that Kaldi, a goat herder from Ethiopia, noticed his goats becoming quite energetic and lively after eating coffee berries. Curious, he tried the berries himself and experienced the same energy boost. And so, the magical world of coffee was revealed!☕🐐
