Twenty years ago, Rumi opened its doors in Brunswick East.
What started with a belief in good food, generous hospitality and a mission to tell the story of the borderless Middle East became something bigger. A community, 20 years in the making, and built by many hands.
Over the next few months we will be telling that story, starting today - with a nod to the hands in the kitchen and the floor, who shape us every day.
