Looking forward to a day of fun trying all of fermentation madness using the awesome produce of . Hemi will be playing around with a few ferments and maori style dishes from our farms Honeylane and .

House fizzed drinks, canapés and the turntables of to set the scene and keep the feet tapping while you wander around the farm meeting our farmers and makers.

We're very excited to feast with our community at the Merri Harvest Feast ☺️ This delicious, organic, four-course meal focuses on local farmers and producers, showcasing what is in season and abundant 🌱

Crafted by our Head Chef Hemi and his team, they'll be using produce farmed by Rachel from the farm right here in Brunswick East, Alex's freshly baked CERES bread, as well as various local organic ingredients. All crafted together to bring you plates of local deliciousness!

It's going to be a big evening of festivities and the kickstart of our celebrations, the tables are capped, so book yours soon 🍴
