To reach Windermere Boulevard in Pakenham by public transport, take the train to either Pakenham or Officer Station and then take either bus number 924 or 926 to the nearest stop. From there, it is a short walk to the location.

If driving, take Princes Highway until you reach Cardinia Road. Turn onto Cardinia Road until you reach Windermere Boulevard where you may turn right. Parking is available on site.

The cafe's commitment to respecting public holidays is admirable, with closures on Anzac Day and Labour Day Public Holiday. The Urban Hype Team also takes the time to wish their customers a Happy Easter when closed over the holiday weekend. While there was a recent closure due to staff shortage, this is not indicative of the usual high-quality service provided by the Urban Hype Team. Overall, Urban Hype Cafe is definitely worth checking out for anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
