WAGYU Y VINO 2026: The pinnacle of Wagyu and wine
Exceptional Wagyu meets world-class Argentinian wine in this five-course collaboration between , one of Australia's most respected Wagyu suppliers, and wines, the San Telmo Group’s in-house importer and celebrated Argentinian wine curator.
In this refined long lunch crafted by Head Chef Camilo Guzman, each unique expression of Wagyu is guided by fire: from the richness of braised Wagyu Karubi skewers with Jerusalem artichoke and burnt corn, through to the showstopping Wagyu flat iron cooked over charcoal and more. Each course is paired with standout wines, curated to elevate every dish.

So far, Autumn weather has been pleasantly kind this year. A balmy evening after a warm and humid day tends to leave one craving a red wine and a good steak. At least, it does in our experience.

April 17th marks World Malbec Day, commemorating Argentina’s commitment in 1853 to what would become its signature grape. We decided one day wasn't enough for us, so we're celebrating the occasion across the entire month, with a very special selection of Malbec poured by the glass.

Perhaps you've seen it, as you strolled past our Southbank windows?
The dry-ager, home to slumbering slices of top-quality meat. We sit these hocks in stasis, allowing the moisture to evaporate out of the meat, concentrating flavour and giving you an unbelievably complex and delicious steak.
Asado's meats can easily age for over a month. Deliciousness like this requires patience, and is well worth the wait!
