Last night, we celebrated the launch of our brand-new Signature 6-Course Tasting Menu with an exclusive dining experience at Eureka 89.
Guests were welcomed with cocktails and canapés before indulging in six elevated courses, thoughtfully curated by our award-winning Executive Chef, Renee Martillano, and expertly paired with premium Robert Oatley Wines.
Throughout the evening, Renee introduced each course, sharing the inspiration behind every dish, while Steve Todhunter from guided guests through the perfectly matched wine pairings.
