Start your week off the San Telmo way.
Our Lomito is still Melbourne's favourite steak sandwich. A thick and juicy cut of steak, seared over hot charcoal on our Parrilla, in a sandwich built with our house-made flatbread.
And it comes with a crispy Quilmes lager on the side, of course.
Available lunchtime, Monday to Thursday. Walk in or make a booking with the link in our bio.

For our beloved herbivores...
We've got you covered with the Calabaza - grilled pumpkin, with eggplant caponata and crème fraîche.
Soft and flavourful pumpkin mingles perfectly with the rich tang of the caponata, and the crème fraîche provides a clean creaminess that elevates every bite. Come see for yourself, book your spot with the link in our bio.

When people think of Argentina, they often think of Malbec. But some of the country's most exciting wines are white.
Grown at high altitudes in the foothills of the Andes, Argentine white wines benefit from warm days, cool nights and a long growing season, creating wines with bright acidity, vibrant fruit and exceptional freshness.

For the carnivores out there, meet our 500g dry-aged bone-in striploin.
A steak like this might spend a month in our dry ager, slowly concentrating flavour and growing in complexity. You end up with a juicy, buttery steak with a hint of umami.
It's well worth the wait.

Have you tried our dry-aged steaks?
Dry-aging slowly introduces a hint of umami into the steak, and concentrates flavours in every mouthfull.
Our Solomillo, a dry-aged pasture-fed bone-in striploin is the perfect showcase for this. Pair it with a moreish Argentinian malbec for the ultimate experience.

Good things take time.
It takes two hours to braise our pork jowl into this fork-tender masterpiece. Topped with crackling and chives, the Mejilla de Cerdo is a favourite at San Telmo.
