Our amazing Laura is leaving us, and honestly, we’re still not over it!
Anyone who’s had the pleasure of being served by Laura will know just how special she is. Her warmth, positivity, and incredible hospitality have made such an impact on our customers and our team alike.
After nearly three years at Good Gnocchi, we can’t thank Laura enough for everything she has brought to the restaurant. Her radiant energy, unwavering dedication, and ability to brighten every shift has left a lasting mark on all of us.
While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so excited to see what this next chapter holds for her. We know she’ll continue to bring her magic wherever she goes.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Laura. We wish you nothing but love, laughter, success, and of course plenty of good gnocchi!

After a very successful trial run as a special, our Romesco Gnocchi has officially earned a place on the winter menu!
Spiced capsicum romesco, served with gnocchi and topped with stracciatella, herb oil and fried basil.

Made with T2 Earl Grey infused Melbourne Gin Company gin, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto liquor, lemon, sugar and aquafaba.
We’re pouring this one as a special for now, but if it gets enough love, it might just make its way onto the cocktail list.
