Seared. Rested. Devoured.
Our current special; 320g butcher’s cut scotch fillet, char-kissed and rested to perfection. Bone marrow jus pooling. Pickled shallots cutting through the richness. Shoestring fries on the side, because some things are non-negotiable.
This is European dining done properly, Cremorne’s favourite any night of the week ritual.

Te Mata has been crafting wine in Hawke's Bay since 1896. The Coleraine, the Bullnose Syrah, the Elston Chardonnay all names serious collectors know well.
On Thursday 3rd September, we're matching their range course by course across a five-course set menu.
A sneak peek? Try oven-baked rockling with Elston Chardonnay, slow-braised wagyu cheek alongside the Coleraine Cabernet Merlot, aged manchego paired with Bullnose Syrah.

Torched. Cracked. Gone in one bite.
Lemon tart. Italian meringue kissed with flame. Caramelised white chocolate underneath. Crème fraîche to cut through the sweetness.
It’s the kind of dessert that makes European dining in Cremorne worth the drive. 🍷
Order it first. Thank us later.
Only available until it sells out.

Thursday night. The lights are low, the wine’s already breathing.
Cremorne doesn’t do slow Thursdays, at least not here.
The open flame’s going. Steak’s charring. Someone’s ordering the last of the Meatballs and Tagliatelle before it runs out.
This is what European dining in Melbourne should feel like. No rush. No rules. Just good food, better company.
Grab your table for two before the weekend rush hits.
