Celebrate Father’s Day in the Yarra Valley with a three-course lunch overlooking the estate.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of 2022 Estate Blanc de Blanc on arrival, followed by shared mezze, spiced lamb shoulder with confit kipfler potatoes and fattoush salad, and Basque cheesecake. Of course, there is also the option to enhance your experience with matched wines.
All fathers will also be gifted a complimentary bottle of our 2022 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, valued at $85.

The 2021 growing season in the Yarra Valley was one of the finest in recent memory, delivering Pinot Noir of purity, energy and longevity. Rather than rush this wine to market, we chose to give it the time it deserved. Now, that patience has been rewarded.
The 2021 Colleen’s Paddock Pinot Noir has received 97 points from Katrina Butler in the Halliday Wine Companion, , who describes it as: “A tremendous wine from a new-guard producer rooted in old-guard philosophy.”

1. From Melbourne, take the Eastern Freeway (M3) heading northeast.
2. Merge onto the Maroondah Highway (B300) towards Lilydale.
3. Continue on Maroondah Highway for approximately 35 km.
4. Look for signs directing you to Coldstream; the destination will be located along this highway.
5. There is parking available on-site.
**By Public Transport:**
1. Take a train from Flinders Street Station to Lilydale Station on the Lilydale Line.
2. Upon arrival at Lilydale Station, transfer to Bus Route 685 towards Healesville.
3. Alight at the stop closest to your destination on Maroondah Highway in Coldstream.
4. Depending on your exact location, it may require a short walk from the bus stop.
