Bobby’s parathas at Desi are built off his kids’ grandpa’s recipe, the one that started it all. He’s shown the kitchen exactly how it’s made, and now we’re replicating it the right way so Melton gets the real deal for our Unlimited Breakfast. Cooked on the tawa with plenty of desi ghee, because that’s the whole point.
