Another coffee with a personal connection. 🌱
Back in 2012, Jimmy Tjoeng, our Head Roaster, travelled to a coffee farm in Kintamani, Bali 🇮🇩 — and was puzzled by how rare Indonesian coffees were in Australia.
Now, roasting this Bali Kintamani batch feels like completing a full circle.
Produced by , 377 smallholder farmers across an altitude of 1,200 MASL — this coffee has undergone a natural process and anaerobic fermentation. The outcome is a vibrant, fruit-rich cup with bright acidity, sweet notes, and a fuller-bodied feel.

This coffee holds a personal connection to our Co-Founder, Jimmy, who grew up in Bandung, West Java — just an hour from the Java Frinsa farm in Pengalengan.
In 2023, he visited Wildan Mustofa of the Java Frinsa Collective, whose innovative, experimental processing continues to elevate Indonesian coffee.🌱

🌟 NEW LIMITED EDITION DROP 🌟
HONDURAS FRANKLIN NOLASCO PACAMARA
A stunning cup with bursts of juicy stonefruit notes, reminiscent of fresh white nectarine flesh, balanced by a natural, candy-like sweetness.
Located in the Las Botijas region of Comayagua, Honduras, Finca El Negro is owned by Franklin Nolasco, part of a new generation of producers dedicated to quality and innovation. Sitting at 1,450–1,600 MASL, the farm’s high elevation and fertile soils create ideal conditions for specialty coffee, allowing cherries to mature slowly and develop complex flavours.
The coffee is processed using the washed method: ripe cherries are picked and depulped the same day, fermented for 12–24 hours in open-air tanks, then washed and dried on patios or raised beds for around 15 days.
Franklin’s commitment to excellence and sustainability not only highlights the potential of Honduran coffee but also supports his local community through employment and growth.

A couple of weeks ago, we were thrilled when Lloyd and Alex from invited us to team up for the MICE event! We got to serve our delicious house blend, Foreshore Espresso, alongside their amazing Happy Happy Soy milk. 🌱🥛
To our surprise, a wave of young coffee lovers came rushing to the Happy Happy Soy stand! We ended up serving over 1,000 cups of Soy Latte – how awesome is that? ☕️☕️☕️
Lloyd, the founder of Happy Happy Soy, shared his thoughts on our Foreshore Blend and we couldn’t be more excited! He said:
"The Foreshore Blend is delicious and works so well with plant based milk, especially soy milk. Best of the best 🤤"
