Resen is famous for its apples, and with picking season in full swing, Chef Emilio couldn’t resist picking a few fresh from Xhaxhi’s bafça (Uncle’s orchard). 🍎🌳
Even on holidays, the chef can’t resist checking the produce! 😂🍎
Fresh from the tree, time with family and plenty of laughs. There’s something special about enjoying the simple things back home.
After a wonderful break in Macedonia, Emilio will soon be heading home to Melbourne and back behind the grill at Ivanhoe Tavern Steakhouse. 🔥🥩
We’re looking forward to welcoming you all back when we reopen for service this Thursday, 8 October.
