A super sophisticated fresh crop Ethiopian coffee from a new to us farmer - Mr. Tadese Teko, Ethiopia. Off his relatively large 8ha, compared to 4ha farm, Tadese has prepared a stunner that was recognised and separated out at the washing station for its exceptional quality.
The coffee itself is DELICIOUS. Heavy fruit, Cherry, White W**e acidity and a really gorgeous Candy sweetness. This is what we do this for!

A little (long) run down here of a great coffee we’ve had around for a couple months now that we SHOULD have shared already!
It’ll be at our neighbours Falco for the next month or so, online and an off menu item if you ask nicely 😈
Dried Apple, Raspberry Acidity (like sherbet!) and Salted Toffee sorta thing. Unique Burundi salty/sweet/heavy vibes. These coffees are so special!

Pastry Everyday.
We’ve been getting high on our own supply for ages now, but the pastries have been especially good of late.
We make all of our own laminated pastries and foccas in house daily.
Come in and grab one, both stores Everyday. Plus we’ve got ham + cheeseys with the legends Palace Coffee so you don’t miss out there either. Always happy to sling a little wholesale or catering 🧑🍳🕺🏼

Spring Filter Blend has arrived. Fruity, satisfying and super drinkable. The goal was park w**e vibes and I reckon we nailed it with this one.
San Lorenzo - produced by Roxanna Chambri, a rad producer in Bolivia that we’ve been able to buy from for 3years in a row now! Sophisticated, juicy, and spiced with a syrupy sweetness. Bolivian coffee is special for so many reasons and this is a great example.
Halo Beriti is back on Espresso and it is just as juicy and delicious as I imagined!

Produce Driven🌳
Mondays are a big day for us in the roastery. We roast, process and pack all of your orders for the week so that they make it out to you on time via the trusted postal service… 📦 Actual shout out to our posties though! They’re total hero’s.
We also roast all of our coffees for the retail shelves and subscriptions. Including the freshest seasonal release {spring} which will be landing in your letter boxes and on the shelves from tomorrow!
Although this is our biggest day by far, we are also roasting, packing, sending every other day. The online store is always open!
