Savoie remains one of France’s great hidden gems. Alpine freshness, plenty of character, and remarkable value for the quality in the glass.

Our cold-smoked sablefish and Murray cod, herb cream cheese.

With Sardinian “music bread”, made in-house across all our Hardware Lane venues, including upstairs at French. Our Kirk’s version is finished with sesame, poppy and nigella seed.

As our chefs upstairs say, “it’s said to look like sheet music, and when you break it, it also sounds beautiful.”
