1) her celebrity crush is Paul Walker.
2) Her drink of choice is an espresso martini (what else would you expect from a barista)
3)Her favourite thing about working at Via is the lovely regulars and staff.
4) A fun fact about Julia is that she once broke her collarbone after her brother pushed her into a wall 😔
5) If she was stranded on a deserted island and could only bring 3 things she’d bring her dog (obviously), a pack of gum and a boxing bag.

MEET JESS!!

Jess is one of our newest baristas all the way from the UK! Jess is bubbly and makes an excellent coffee.

5 facts about Jess:
1) Her celeb crush is Zac Efron—charming, funny, and somehow he just keeps getting better with age.
2) Her drink of choice is an extremely hot skinny latte her go-to during the day. For something a little more fun, she’d choose a nice cold lager (that’s the English in her).
3) Her favourite thing about working at Via has to be best tunes, an amazing team, and of course, our lovely regular customers. It’s such a fun and welcoming environment to be part of every day!
4) A fun fact about Jess is that she recently moved to Australia - she’s loved getting to explore a new country, meet new people, and of course perfect her coffee order.
5) If Jess was stranded on a deserted island and could only bring 3 things, she would bring a solar powered phone (for music and…maybe rescue), a good book that never ends and an endless supply of coffee… Priorities.

If you can’t tell, Jess is a diehard coffee lover, the perfect addition to our little family.

(only took me 2 years at via and one more week until I finish up to introduce myself on socials it seems)

Chances are if you’re a Via regular, I’ll have served you your morning brew!!
As the girl who writes everyone else’s introductory captions & is finding it awkward writing her own, I instead wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of our beautiful customers & staff for your love and support over the past few years!
To the customers who became friends - thank you for always making my day!☕️

1. I have a gorgeous 6 month old golden retriever named Arlo & he is the light of my life🐶

3. My favourite thing about working at Via is my incredible coworkers! We are blessed with an incredible boss & really are a tight knit little family🥹🫶🏼

MEET CHLOE🌟🌼☀️

Chloe is a familiar face to many of our long term regulars, who will remember her from the last time she was with us!
Chloe is back with us after living and working in Canada for the past 3 years, and we’re so lucky to have her!

Bubbly, chatty, patient and kind - Chloe is your girl when it comes to having an enjoyable experience at Via (and your pups, she’ll never forget to give them a pat and a treat).

5 FUN FACTS ABOUT CHLOE :
1) Her favourite drink is a crisp green juice OR an oat cap🍏🥒☕️
2) She recently returned to Aus after living in Canada for the past 3 years. She worked many jobs whilst she was there but her favourite position was working as an outdoor programmer, where she took kids through activities and games in the outdoors.
3) Chloe’s favourite thing about working at Via is the pups, the fun environment and getting to socialise and get to know so many different people whilst she works.
4) She is back working hard until she heads off to the next place! She’s an avid traveller and Europe/UK is next on her list!
5) If she were stranded on a desert island & could only take 3 things, she would take 1. something to play her Spotify playlists 2. her dogs & 3. water, obvi???
