We got our hands on this season’s finest truffle.
The Buried Feast is five courses of black truffle from Friend & Burrel, featuring dishes: stracciatella, chargrilled mortadella, fried enoki; egg yolk ravioli, ricotta, brown butter agrodolce; hazelnut tiramisu + more. Matched with five pours of Nebbiolo covering sparkling to rare Italian riserva.

Five courses, every single one buried in black truffle. We've teamed up with our friends at Friend & Burrel for a decadent set menu covered in the good stuff. Stracciatella. Egg yolk ravioli. Roast chook swimming in périgueux. Hazelnut tiramisu to finish.
Alongside it, five expressions of Nebbiolo covering every face of the grape: sparkling, still, a rare Italian riserva, and a Barolo Chinato to close.
