To get to this bar and Japanese restaurant, you can take the tram to the Bourke Street and Chinatown stop, and walk for a few minutes along Little Bourke Street until you reach Wellington Street.

Alternatively, if you are driving, there is a public car park on Little Bourke Street where you can park your vehicle. From there, it's just a short walk to the restaurant.
