There are few things more satisfying than breaking into a perfectly cooked chocolate fondant.
Our Fondant au Chocolat is made with Callebaut 72% dark chocolate, giving the cake its deep cocoa richness and signature molten centre. Honeycomb snow brings a delicate sweetness and lightness to the plate, balancing the intensity of the dark chocolate.
A classic French dessert, and a very good reason to save room.

Golden, warm and filled with the richness of raclette. Our Gougère au Fromage takes the classic French cheese puff and gives it a No35 touch, with backyard raw honey bringing a floral sweetness and whole-grain mustard glaze cutting through with just enough sharpness.
